You keep working. Overages are billed at the per-unit rates shown above — e.g. on Growth, an extra employee is ₱99/month, prorated for partial months. No service interruption.
Yes. Every new Free-tier signup gets 60 days of full access to every paid-tier feature (materials, POs, analytics, maintenance). No credit card needed. After day 60, the org drops to Free-tier features — your data stays.
Yes. If you drop below a cap, the next-cheaper tier covers you. Plan changes are prorated automatically.
Not yet at GA. We'll add an annual-prepay discount once we have real churn data — probably ~15% off.
You're grandfathered. Details in your pilot agreement — 90 days free, then a 50% launch discount for Year 1 on whichever tier fits your operation.
